These leaf cookies is a fun craft project.  With a teaspoon and a ruler, you and the kids can create many different shapes and sizes of beautiful bites to celebrate the fall.



Ingredients: (24's)
2 cups All Purpose Flour
1/2 cup Sugar
150 gram Unsalted Butter, room temperature
1 tablespoon Vanilla Extract
1 Egg
1/4 teaspoon Salt
Food Colorant (red, orange, green)

3 Eggs
3 tablespoons Black Sesame Powder (you can find it in most Asian markets)
4 tablespoons Vegetable Oil
1 teaspoon Baking Powder

Black Sesame Ice Cream (modified from the store bought product) 黑芝麻雪糕





Quality vanilla ice cream is usually available in many grocery stores, but the tasty black sesame flavour is not easy to find.  If you are like me and have a hook on these toasty seeds, you are going to love this recipe.





Ingredients: (2 servings)
1 cup Vanilla Ice cream
2 tablespoons Black Sesame
1 tablespoon White Sesame

Ingredients:
3 boxes Jello Powder (orange, blueberry, lime)
3 cups Hot Water
1 tablespoon Gelatine Powder
1.5 cup Hot Milk
1/2 cup Cold Milk

1/2 cup Corn Kernel
1/3 cup Unsalted Butter
1/2 cup  Toasted Salted Pumpkin Seeds
Some Vegetable Oil (to oil the tools)



Carmel :
1/4 tablespoons Unsalted Butter
1/2 cup Sugar
1/2 cup Corn Syrup (You can use light corn syrup here)
3/4 teaspoon Baking Powder
