Forage-To-Table in fall, Acorn Cookies, Episode 03




Enjoy the fun in nature!

Ingredients:

200 gram All Purpose Flour
200 gram Acorn Meal
150 gram Unsalted Butter, cold and cubed
1/4 cup Brown Sugar *(I forgot to mention it in the video.  Combine it with the flour and acorn meal)*
4 tablespoon Maple Syrup
1/3 teaspoon Salt
