Stewed Beef in Red Wine 紅酒煮牛肉





Ingredients:
2 pounds Beef
3 pcs Carrot
3 pcs Parsnip
4 stalks Celery
1 pcs Yellow Onion, large size
2 pcs Red Potatoes, cut it in big chunks with skin on
2 packs Stock Bouillon
2 cups Cooking Red Wine
Kosher Salt to taste
Ground Black Pepper to taste
2 tablespoons Vegetable Oil (for frying)





材料:
2 磅   牛肉
3 條   蘿蔔
3 條   歐洲白蘿蔔 (又名叫防風草根)
4 條   西芹
1 個   大黃洋蔥
2 個   紅薯仔, 切成大塊
2 盒   濃縮牛肉湯
鹽   調味
黑胡椒碎   調味
2 湯匙   菜油 (炒菜用)

Beet and Chocolate Chips Chocolate (Cooking with a kid) 紅菜頭巧克力曲奇






Ingredients: (yields about 28 cookies, 70 gram each)
3.5 cups All Purpose Flour
1 cup Unsalted Butter, melted
1 cup Brown Sugar
1 cup dark Chocolate Chips
3 Eggs
2 teaspoons Baking Powder
3 tablespoons Red Beet Juice (grate the beets and squeeze out the juice)
1/8 teaspoon Sea Salt
