Hong Kong cuisine Ep1 - Slow Cooked Cow Tongue in Chinese Marinade 香港煮篇 Ep1 - 鹵水牛脷





Ingredients:
1 pc Cow Tongue
1 pc Ginger Root
1.5 cups Chinese Marinade
750 ml Water
2 pcs Star Anise
20 pcs Sichuan Peppercorn
3 tablespoons Brown Sugar
1 tablespoon Shaoxing Wine




材料:
1 條   牛脷
1 塊   薑
1.5 杯   鹵水汁
750 毫升 水
2 粒   八角
20 粒   花椒
3 湯匙   黑糖
1 湯匙   紹興酒
