Easy Buddhist Feast 簡易羅漢齊




Ingredients:
1 cup Baby Corns
1 cup Black Fungus, rehydrated in water
2 pcs Chinese Yam
1 cup Shimeji Mushroom
4 pcs Bean Curds
2 tablespoons Garlic, finely chopped
1 slice Ginger
2 tablespoons Olive Oil



Seasoning:
1/4 cup Vegetarian Oyster Sauce
2 tablespoons Brown Sugar
1 tablespoon Soy Sauce
1/4 cup Water
2 tablespoons Cornstarch Water (2 tablespoons Water + 1 teaspoon Cornstarch)
Salt to taste



材料:
1 杯   粟米仔
1 杯   黑木耳,用水浸軟
2 條   山藥
1 杯   秀珍菇
4 條   支竹
2 湯匙   蒜頭
1 片   薑
2 湯匙   橄欖油


調味料:
1/4 杯   素蠔油
2 湯匙   黑糖
1 湯匙   鼔油
1/4 杯   水
2 湯匙   粟粉水 (2湯匙水 + 1茶匙粟粉)
鹽   調味
