Steamed Halibut with Black Bean and Garlic Sauce 蒜蓉豆豉蒸銀鱈魚
INGREDIENTS:
3 pcs Halibut Fish
5-6 pcs Garlic Cloves
15 gram Fermented Black Bean
2 teaspoons Vegetable Oil
材料:
3 塊 銀鱈魚
5-6 粒 蒜頭
15 克 豆豉
2 茶匙 菜油
