Homemade not too-sweet-Caramel Popcorn 自製焦糖爆谷





Ingredients:
1/2 cup Corn Kernel
1/3 cup Unsalted Butter
1/2 cup  Toasted Salted Pumpkin Seeds
Some Vegetable Oil (to oil the tools)



Carmel :
1/4 tablespoons Unsalted Butter
1/2 cup Sugar
1/2 cup Corn Syrup (You can use light corn syrup here)
3/4 teaspoon Baking Powder



材料:
1/2 杯   爆谷粒
1/3 杯   無鹽牛油
1/2 杯   鹽焗南瓜籽
菜油 (抹用具用)



焦糖:
1/2 杯   糖
1/3 湯匙   無鹽牛油
1/2 杯   栗米糖漿
3/4 杯   泡打粉
