Baked Apple French Toast Breakfast 焗青蘋果法式多士





Ingredients: (yields 4 servings)
2 Granny Smith Apples, cored and thinly sliced
6 Slices Cinnamon Swirl Bread
3 Eggs
2 cups Whole Milk
2 tablespoon Spiced Rum
1 teaspoon Vanilla
1/4 teaspoon Sea Salt
Ground Cinnamon (for garnish)
Icing Sugar (for garnish)
Maple Syrup (for serving)

2 個   青黃果,去芯,連皮切薄片
6 片   肉桂麵包
3 隻   雞蛋
2 杯   全脂奶
2 湯匙   冧酒
1 茶匙   雲呢拿油
1/4 茶匙   海鹽
