Pan fried Beef Liver and Sunchoke Salad 牛肝配菊芋沙律



Ingredients:

Salad:
Cherry Tomatoes
Salad Green
Goat Cheese
Roasted Sunchokes


Liver:
1 Beef Liver
40 gram Unsalted Butter
2 tablespoon Sugar
Salt to taste



Sunchokes:
5 Sunchokes
1 tablespoon Olive Oil
2 sprigs Fresh Thyme
Black Pepper to taste

車厘茄
沙律菜
焗菊芋


牛肝:
1 塊   牛肝
40 克   無鹽牛油
2 湯匙   糖
鹽   調味


焗菊芋:
5 個   菊芋
1 湯匙   橄欖油
2 束   百里香
黑胡椒碎
