Giraffe Pattern Egg Roll 長頸鹿蛋卷






Ingredients: (yield 2 egg rolls, about 10 cm wide each)
1 Egg White
2 tablespoons Icing Sugar
3 tablespoons Melted Butter (cool down)
1/2 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
35 gram Cake Flour
1 tablespoon Almond Meal
Brown Food Colorant



材料:(2蛋卷,每蛋卷約10 厘米闊)
1 隻   雞蛋白
2 湯匙   糖粉
3 湯匙   溶牛油 (放涼)
1/2 茶匙   雲呢拿香油
35 克   蛋糕粉
1 湯匙   磨碎杏仁粉 (不是即沖飲料那種)
棕色食用色素
