Stir fried Quinoa Dinner 快炒藜麥飯晚餐






Ingredients: (yield about 6 servings)
1 Japanese Eggplant, cubed
8 ounces Spinach, rinsed
1 Red Bell Pepper, seeded and sliced
6-7 Garlic Cloves


Marinade:
450 gram Ground Chicken
3 tablespoons Rice Wine
2.5 tablespoons Dark Soy Sauce
1.5 teaspoons Corn Starch
1 tablespoon Sugar
1 teaspoon Salt


Quinoa:
1 cup Quinoa, rinsed
1 1/3 cups Chicken Broth




材料:(約6人份)
1 條   日本茄子
8 安士   菠菜
1 個   紅燈籠椒
6-7 瓣   蒜頭


醃料:
450 克   攪碎雞肉
3 湯匙   米酒
2.5 湯匙   老抽
1.5 茶匙   粟粉
1 湯匙   糖
1 茶匙   鹽


藜麥飯:
1 杯   藜麥,洗淨,過水
1 1/3 杯   雞湯
