Butter lemon shiitake 牛油香檸炒鮮菇


   


Ingredients:
300 gram Fresh Shittake Mushrooms
40 gram Unsaled Butter
2 tablespoons Vegetable Oil
2 tablespoons Light Soy Sauce
1/2 Lemon of juice


材料:
300 克   鮮菇
40 克   無鹽牛油
2 湯匙   菜油
2 湯匙   豉油
1/2 個   檸檬汁
