Easy Shrimp and Tomato Creamy Rice




Ingredients:
4 cups Cooked Rice
1 cup Shrimp, peeled, deveined, and chopped into bite size
1/3 cup Shallot, diced
1/4 cup Fresh Basil, roughly chopped
1/4 cup Rice Wine
4 Tomatoes, diced
1 Litre Fish Stock
2 tablespoons Butter
Salt and Pepper to taste
