Lime Tofu Soup Recipe 磨茹豆腐酸湯




Ingredients:
1.5 cups Firm Tofu, cubed
2 cups Brown Button Mushroom, thickly sliced
1 cup Cilantro Leaves, roughly chopped
1 Litre Chicken Broth
1 3/4 cups Coconut Milk
15 gram Ginger, sliced
3 Limes, juice and zest
2 tablespoons Soy Sauce
1 tablespoon Brown Sugar
