Kabocha Squash (winter squash) Buttery Rice 日本南瓜牛油香飯





Ingredients: (yield 4 portions)
1/4 Kabocha Squash
45 gram Almond
60 gram Butter, unsalted
1/4 cup Vegetable Oil
1 twig Sage, fresh
1/3 teaspoon Sea Salt

45 克   果仁
60 克   牛油,無鹽
1/4 杯   菜油
1 支   鼠尾草,新鮮
1/3 茶匙   海鹽
