Bagel and Mozzarella-Sausage Baked French Toast (Perfect Brunch for the Father's Day) 焗白乾酪肉腸法式貝果





Ingredients: (yield 4-6 servings)
4 Bagels (one or two days old will be ideal)
250 gram Mozzarella, cubed
6 large Italian Sausages (I used mild-hot ones)
1 cup Whole Milk
1/2 cup 5 % Cream


Egg Mixture:
4 Eggs
2 teaspoons Mustard
2 teaspoons Paprika
1/2 teaspoon Salt




材料:(4-6 份)
4 貝果 (過期1-2日的貝果最適合)
250 克   白乾酪,切粒
6 條   意大利大肉腸 (我這兒用上中辣的)
1 杯   全脂奶
1/2 杯   5%忌廉


蛋漿:
4 隻   雞蛋
2 茶匙   芥辣醬
2 茶匙   紅甜椒粉
1/2 茶匙   鹽
