Braised Pork Belly with Watermelon 火腩炆西瓜






Ingredients: (yields 4 servings)
1 Mini Watermelon (the white part only)
250 gram Pork Belly
8-10 Garlic Cloves
1 Green Onion
4 Ginger Slices
4 tablespoons Oyster Sauce
2 tablespoons Rice Wine
*15 gram Rock Sugar

*Substitute the rock sugar for the sugar should be no problem, but the dish will taste slightly different.




材料:(約4人份)
1 個   迷你西瓜
250 克   豬腩肉
8-10 瓣   蒜頭
1 棵   青蔥
4 片   薑片
4 湯匙   蠔油
2 湯匙   米酒
*15 克   冰糖

*如沒有冰糖,可用白糖代替,但味道會有些許分別。
