Three colours Steamed Eggs 蒸三色蛋






Ingredients: (yields 3-4 servings)
6 Eggs
2 Salted Eggs
2 Thousand-year-old eggs
1 tablespoon Shaoxing Wine
1/3 tablespoon Corn Starch
1/2 tablespoon Sugar
1/2 teaspoon Salt
1 teaspoon Vegetable Oil (for brushing the mould)



材料:(3-4人份)
6 隻   雞蛋
2 隻   鹹蛋
2 隻   皮蛋
1 湯匙   紹興酒
1/3 湯匙   粟粉
1/2 湯匙   糖
1/2 茶匙   鹽
1 茶匙   菜油 (掃模用)
