Chewy Parmesan Seaweed Balls 帕爾瑪乾酪紫菜球





Ingredients: (yield about 16 balls)
310 gram Glutinous Flour
1 egg
140 gram Parmesan Cheese
100 ml Whole Milk
1 Roasted Sushi Seaweed Sheet (Nori)
20 ml Vegetable Oil




材料:(做約16球)
310 克   糯米粉
1 隻   雞蛋
140 克   帕爾瑪乾酪
100 毫升   全脂奶
1 張   壽司用燒紫菜
20 毫升   菜油
