Nutella Layer Cake with Chocolate Cheesecake Frosting 榛子醬千層糕





Ingredient:


Crepe:
2 cups Whole Milk
2 cups All Purpose Flour
1.5 tablespoons Rum
3/4 cup Nutella
1 tablespoon Vanilla Extract
3 tablespoons Vegetable Oil
4 Eggs
1 teaspoon Baking Powder
1/8 teaspoon Sea Salt



Chocolate Cream Cheese Icing:
4 ounces Cream Cheese, softened
1/4 cup Icing Sugar
1/2 cup Dark Chocolate Chips





材料:

2 杯   全脂奶
2 杯   麵粉
1.5 湯匙   冧酒
3/4 杯   榛子醬
1 湯匙   雲呢拿油
3 湯匙   菜油
4 隻   雞蛋
1 茶匙   泡打粉
1/8 茶匙   海鹽




巧克力忌廉芝士醬:
4 安士   忌廉芝士
1/4 杯   糖粉
1/2 杯   黑巧克力
