芥菜魚頭湯 Gai Choy Fish Head Soup





材料:
1 棵   芥菜
1 個   鱒魚頭
700 克   硬豆腐
15 克   薑
2 杯   上湯
3-4 杯   水
調味   鹽





Ingredients:
1 pc Gai Choy
1 pc Trout Head
700 gram Firm Tofu
15 gram Ginger
2 cups Stock
3-4 cups Water
Salt to taste
