簡易海南雞食譜+自製薑蔥油 Hainanese Chicken Recipe + Scallion Ginger Dipping Oil





Main Ingredients:
1 ( about 4-5 pounds) Chicken
4 stalks Scallion
5 slices Ginger
Table Salt



Scallion Ginger Oil:
2 stalks Scallion
10 gram Ginger, peeled
1/4 cup Vegetable Oil

薑蔥油:
2 棵   青蔥
10 克   薑,去皮


1/4 杯   菜油
