Ginger Milk Curd (popular dessert in HK) 薑汁撞奶





Ingredients: (yield 2 portions)
1 cup Whole Milk
5 teaspoons Ginger Juice (old ginger preferred)
2 teaspoons Sugar (you can add more if you have a sweet tooth)


材料:(二人份量)
1 杯   全脂牛奶
5 茶匙   薑汁 (建議選用老薑)
2 茶匙  白糖 (可因應口味調較份量)
