Stir fry Sweet and Sour Shrimp 快炒甜酸蝦仁




Ingredients:
400 gram Frozen Shrimp, shelled and deveined
3 tablespoons Corn Starch
15 gram Ginger Slices
3/4 tablespoon Dried Basil


Dressing:
1/4 cup Ketchup
1/2 teaspoon Tabasco
1 tablespoon Red Wine Vinegar
2 tablespoon Sugar
1/4 teaspoon Salt


材料:
400 克   急凍蝦,去殼,去腸
3 湯匙   粟粉
15 克   薑片
3/4 湯匙   乾羅勒


甜酸汁:
1/4 杯   茄汁
1/2 茶匙   Tabasco
1 湯匙   紅酒醋
2 湯匙   糖
1/4 茶匙   鹽
