Nutritious Vegetable Beef Rice Soup 好營養雜菜牛肉湯飯







Ingredients:
600 gram Beef  (I used the Baked Steak leftover from the previous night)
2.5 cups Carrots
2 cup Celery
2 cups Potatoes
2 Onions
1 Garlic Head
3 Tomatoes
4 cups Beef Broth
1.5 cup Water
1 cup Cooked Rice
1.5 teaspoons Dried Rosemary
1.5 tablespoons Paprika
1 tablespoon Red Wine Vinegar
1.5 tablespoons Salt


材料:
600 克   牛肉粒 (我用上前一晚剩下的焗牛扒)
2.5 杯   紅蘿蔔
2 杯   西芹
2 杯   薯仔
2 個   洋蔥
1 頭   蒜頭
3 個   蕃茄
4 杯   牛肉湯
1.5 杯   清水
1 杯   煮熟白飯
1.5 茶匙   乾迷迭香
1.5 湯匙   紅椒粉
1 湯匙   紅酒醋
1.5 湯匙   鹽
