Glutinous Balls in Green Tea Red Bean Soup 綠茶紅豆白玉丸子




There is less than a week before Christmas.  Among lots of icing cookies and cakes, these white and silky rice balls also set a great atmosphere for a Christmas dessert on the table, in a much healthier way.  The addition of rice flour gives a firmer texture to the glutinous rice balls, with the sweet bean paste and the green tea.  This dessert can be served either warm or cold.



Ingredients:

For the glutinous balls:
120 gram Glutinous Flour
100 gram Rice Flour
1 tablespoon Sugar
120 ml Water

For the green tea sauce:
1.5 teaspoons Green Tea Powder
1 teaspoon Sugar
1 tablespoon Corn Starch
1/3 cup Water

For the red bean soup:
80 gram Red Bean Paste
2 teaspoons Water




材料:

白玉丸子:
120 克   糯米粉
100 克   粘米粉
1 湯匙   糖
120 毫升   水

綠茶醬:
1.5 茶匙   綠茶粉
1 茶匙   糖
1 湯匙   粟粉
1/3 杯   水

紅豆湯:
80 克   紅豆蓉
2 茶匙   水
