This is a common dish available in almost all the local restaurants in Hong Kong. The creamy texture and the simpleness in it somehow attracts me and many others. Whenever we came home late from work and didn't want to cook, or simply just couldn't decide our appetite, this dish was a very secure choice.
Ingredients:
300 gram Pork, cubed
1 cup Cream Style Corn
100 ml Water
100 ml Water
2 Eggs
Marinate:
1 tablespoon Sugar
1 tablespoon Soy Sauce
1 tablespoon Corn Starch
1/2 teaspoon White Pepper
1/3 teaspoon Salt
