This year, I decided to make scones instead of cookies for Valentine's Day. It is a simple butter scone recipe, but I increased the amount of butter here and the flaky scones taste even more soft and buttery. Also, green tea is a perfect ingredient to give deluxe flavour to scones, just like cocoa. Try it, I'm sure you will like it.
Ingredients:
2 cups All Purpose Flour
120 gram Cold Salted Butter, cubed
3 tablespoons Sugar
3/4 cup Whole Milk
1.5 tablespoons Baking Powder
1.5 teaspoons Green Tea Powder
1 Egg
