Baked Eggplant with Chinese Black Bean 豆豉焗茄子





Ingredients:
1 Japanese Eggplant
1 head Garlic
3 tablespoon Fermented Black Bean
1/4 cup Vegetable Oil
1 tablespoon Sugar



材料:
1 條   日本茄子
1 頭   蒜頭
3 湯匙   豆豉
1/4 杯   菜油
1 湯匙   糖
