Bake Chinese flavored Pork Patty 焗豬肉餡包




Ingredients:
(Bread):
200 gram Bread Flour
5 gram Yeast 
120 ml Warm Water

(Filling):
400 gram Minced Pork
250 gram Shredded Cabbage
1/4 teaspoon Salt
1/4 teaspoon Sugar
1/3 teaspoon Corn Starch
1 teaspoon Sesame Oil
2/3 tablespoon Soy Sauce
1 teaspoon Ginger

(Other):
Vegetable Oil
Cocoa Powder (optional)


材料:
(麵包):
200 克   高筋粉
5 克   酵母
120 毫升   溫水

(陷料):
400 克   攪碎豬肉
250 克   椰菜絲
1/4 茶匙   鹽
1/4 茶匙   糖
1/3 茶匙   粟粉
1 茶匙   麻油
2/3 湯匙   豉油
1 茶匙   薑蓉

菜油
可可粉(隨意)
