Easy Baked Rosemary Potatoes 簡易香焗迷迭香薯

3 Stalk Fresh Rosemary 迷迭香
1/4 tablespoon Vegetable Oil 菜油
1/3 teaspoon Ground Black Pepper 黑胡椒
