Chicken and Egg Rice Bowl (an easy meal to prepare) 雞肉滑蛋飯




Ingredients: 
(yield about 5-6 people)
600 gram Chicken Thighs, boneless
2 Large White Onions, about 4 cups
2 cups Chicken Broth
5 Eggs
1/3 cup Soy Sauce
1/4 cup Rice Wine
Green Onion for garnish


材料:

2 隻   大洋蔥,約4杯
2 杯   雞湯
5 隻   雞蛋
1/3 杯   豉油
1/4 杯   米酒
蔥花 (裝飾用)
