Simple Butter Biscuit 簡易牛油鬆餅




Ingredients:
3 cups Self Rising Flour
1/3 cup Flour (for working surface)
80 gram Salted Cold Butter, cubed
1 cup Cold Whole Milk
2 tablespoons Sugar
1/2 teaspoon Dried Rosemary (optional)
1 Egg

材料:
3 杯   自發粉
1/3 杯   麵粉
80 克 凍鹹牛油,切小粒
1 杯   凍牛奶
2 湯匙   白砂糖
1/2 茶匙   乾迷迭香
1 雞蛋
