Stir fry Sweet Pork Belly with Preserved Turnip (a common dish in Hong Kong) 菜脯炒豬肉




Ingredients:
600 gram Pork Belly
400 gram Preserved Turnip

Marinade:
1/3 teaspoon Salt
1/2 tablespoon Sugar
1 tablespoon Corn Starch
1 tablespoon Rice Wine
1 tablespoon Dark Soy Sauce


材料:
600 克   豬腩肉
400 克   菜脯

醃料:
1/3   鹽
1/2   白砂糖
1 湯匙   粟粉
1 湯匙   米酒
1湯匙   老抽
