Root Beer Jello




Ingredients:

700 ml Root Beer, room temperature
56 gram Gelatine 




Instruction:




1. In a small bowl, mix 100 ml root beer with gelatine.  Heat it with a microwave.  Stir well. 






2. Pour the gelatine mixture into the rest of the root bear.  Mix well. 






3. Preserve 200ml of root beer.  Divide the rest evenly into the serving glasses. 






4. With a whisker, beat the preserved root beer until foamy.  Pour the form on top of each glass.






5. Chill the root beer until they are firm.  Serve in cold.
