A popular dessert in Hong Kong - Taro Sago




Ingredients:
3 Taros
1 cup Uncooked Sago
100 gram Creamed Coconut
2.5 cups Water (plus 3 cups for cooking the sago)
1 cup Whole Milk (skip it if using coconut milk)
400 gram Rock Sugar
* 3/4 cup coconut Milk, if use
