Apple Cashew Yogurt Drink




Ingredients: 3 portions

1 cup Chopped Apple
120 gram Plain Greek Yogurt
150 ml Whole Milk
1 tablespoon Flaxseed Meal
1/4 cup Roasted Cashews

Ingredients:
8 ounces Spinach, rinsed and chopped
100 gram Tofu
1 cup Roasted Cashew
1 Onion
4 Garlic Gloves
20 gram Butter

4 cups Water

Breaded fish fillet




Ingredients:


6 pieces Frozen Sole, thrawed, washed, and patted dry
3/4 cup Seasoned Bread Crumbs
3/4 cup Flour
1 Egg
1/4 cup Whole Milk
1/2 teaspoon Salt
Vegetable Oil
Mayonnaise


Garnish:
1/2 half carrot, cut it into different sizes of stones
1 Black Olive, cut out one of the side as the eye
3 snap pea, washed and cut off both ends of each 




Instruction:

1. Boil the decorative carrot and the snap pea in a pot of water until they are cooked.  Run them under the tap water until they are cooled down.  Set them on a serving plate.










2. Set out two plates and a shallow bowl.  On one of the plate, combine the bread crumb and salt together.  Pour the flour on the other plate.  In the shallow bowl, whisk the egg and the milk together.






2. Add about 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil in a frying pan on the high heat.  When the pan is hot and ready, coat each sole with a thin layer of flour, dip it into the egg wash, and then coat it with the bread crumbs.






3. Fry the fillet for about 3 minutes.  Flip it over, and fry for another 2 minutes.  Remove it from the heat.  Serve it with mayonnaise.

No Bake Lemon Cheesecake Dog




Ingredients:

Chocolate Cake:
2 tablespoons Chocolate Chips
20 gram Salted Butter
30 gram Cake Flour
1 Egg
1 tablespoon Cocoa Powder
1/2 teaspoon Baking Powder


Cream Cheese:
250 gram Cream Cheese
400 ml Condense Milk
1/3 cup Freshly squeeze Lemon Juice
15 gram Gelatine
1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract


Milky Jelly Glaze:
400ml Whole Milk
15 gram Gelatine

Milky Corn Soup with Smily Dumplings





Ingredients:

Smily Dumplings: about 26 dumpling, 1"x1"
100 gram Firm Tofu
100 gram Glutinous Flour
2 Black Olives


Corn Soup:
2 cups Whole Milk
2 cups Corn
1/8 teaspoon Salt



Instruction:




1. Blend or puree the corn and the milk together.  Bring the mixture to boil until it is thick consistency.

  




2. Stir in egg.  Add salt.  Remove it from the heat.








2. In a mixing bowl, knead the tofu with the glutinous flour.  The texture should be firm and moist.






3. Roll the dough into a ball shape, and then press it down slightly to make a button shape.


  



3. Carefully cut an olives into sesame size for the eyes and cut the other into strings for the mouth.  To secure the olive on the "face", please poke two holes to make the eyes with a toothpick, and poke a small line as the mouth before placing the olive.  You can give a little gentle press on the "face" with your thumb after you make the face if you want.






4. Bring a pot of water to boil.  When it is boiling, place the smily doughs to it and cook until they float onto the surface.  Scoop the dumplings up and place in a bowl of cold water immediately.






5.  To serve, fill a bowl of some corn soup and then place a few smily dumplings on the top. Serve in warm. 




Spinach cream cheese puzzle pizza



Ingredients:

14 ounce Spinach, rinsed
1/2 Onion, diced
4 Garlic Gloves, diced
8 ounce Cream Cheese
1/2 cup Shredded Cheddar or Mozzarella
1 cup Whole Milk
1/2 teaspoom Salt
1/2 teaspoon Ground Black Pepper
4-5 Naan (for serving)



Instruction:




Pre heat the oven to 425F / 220C.

1. Sauté the onion and garlic with a teaspoon of vegetable oil in a frying pan over high heat, until they are fragrant.  Add the spinach, and sauté it for 10 to 15 minutes, or until the spinach is soften.  Drain the spinach and let it cool slightly.
  





2. Squeeze the excessive water out of the spinach.





3. On a choppinf board, finely chop it until it has no more big piece.  Set it aside.






4.  In a large sauce pan, pour the milk, and add the cream cheese and the shredded cheeder.  Cook it over low heat until the cheese is totally melted.  Add salt and pepper.





5. When the milk mixture starts to bubble, add in the chopped spinach.  Cook it for about ten minutes over low heat.





6. Transfer the spinach to a baking dish.  Bake it for about 20 to 25 minutes.  





7. Cut a piece of naan into a few pieces.  Apply a generous amount of the spinach cream cheese on top.  Serve in warm.

Chocolate Bread Pudding (with video)

Baby Cookie Bus



Ingredients: about 35 cookies

85 gram Corn Starch
2 tablespoons Sugar
1 Egg Yolk
3-4 teaspoons Whole Milk
2 teaspoons Cocoa



Instruction:




Pre-heat the oven to 320F/ 160C.

1. Mix all the ingredients except the cocoa in a mixing bowl.  Knead the mixture to form a stiff and rather less moist dough.






2. Take a bite-size portion of dough.  Roll it into a ball and then gradually form it into a rectangular shape.  






3. Place it on a non-stick baking tray.  Repeat this process until the dough is used up.






4. Make the chocolate paste for the "drawing ink" by mixing the cocoa with a few drops of water.  








5. "Stamp" the bus wheels with a chopstick, and "draw" the windows with a tookpick.  Any alternative tools will do.






6.  Bake the cookie doughs for 10 to 13 minutes.  Keep the cookies in an air-tight container to store.

Turtle Pancake




Ingredients:

1 cup Whole Wheat Flour
1 cup Whole Milk
1 egg
1/2 Ground Nutmeg
1 teaspoon Ground Cinnamon
1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
1/8 teaspoon Salt




Instruction:



To prepare the batter…

1. In a medium mixing bowl, mix all ingredients together until it becomes smooth and has no lump.

2. Pour the batter in a zip bag.  Sqeeze the batter to a corn of the bag.  Tie up the top.  Trim a tiny hole off the corner as a pastry bag.






3. Grease a frying pan with half teaspoon of vegetable oil over medium heat.




4. When the pan is hot enough, "draw" an outline of a turtle body with the batter.  Cook it for 10 seconds.






5. Fill in the rest of the body part and cook for another 1 minute.  When the pancake is firmed enough, flip it over and cook for another 1 minute.








6.  With the same tecnique in step 2, "draw" an outline of a turtle shell.






7. Last, make some mini pancakes for the turtle feet and the turtle head with the rest of the batter.





8. To assemble the turtle, place a mini pancake on each foot and the head.  Place about 3 pancakes in the centre.  Then, place the shell on top.  Serve with maple syrup.
